I'm the artist behind Ardent. A Catholic elementary school teacher by trade,

I'm currently living in Orange County, California with my husband.  

I believe in pursuing excellence in everyday life, especially through creative beauty and honest discussion. When I'm not painting, my husband Aaron and I love being active outdoors, traveling, and cooking. I also like to collect mugs, books, artwork, and plants.

 

There are very few things that bring me more pleasure in this life than visual beauty: aesthetic homes, food platters, scenic views, parties/events...

Painting is my way of creating another small, beautiful thing to add to this world.

I'm currently on a lifelong journey of cultivating that beauty in my everyday life, and appreciating the beauty God has speckled all around us.
